How We Started

The ChanceLiving Story

ChanceLiving was founded by Linda Chinwe with a vision to make access to trusted professionals within the built environment easier, more organized, and more accessible.

As someone with a background in Business Development, Linda recognized the growing challenges people face when trying to find reliable professionals for building, renovation, decoration, and property-related projects. At the same time, many talented professionals and creatives struggle with visibility, access to opportunities, and reaching the right clients.

This inspired the creation of ChanceLiving — a platform designed to connect people with trusted professionals such as architects, engineers, interior and exterior designers, decorators, mural artists, builders, plumbers, electricians, painters, carpenters, and other skilled artisans.

Beyond local hiring, ChanceLiving also supports remote and project-based collaboration, allowing clients and professionals to connect beyond geographical limitations.

ChanceLiving also aim to simplify access to real estate opportunities through property discovery, house hunting, listings, and other property-related services, all within one connected platform.

Founder & CEO

Linda Chinwe is the visionary entrepreneur behind ChanceLiving. With a background in Business Development, she recognized firsthand the challenges people face when searching for reliable professionals in the built environment, and the barriers skilled professionals face in finding good clients and opportunities.

This insight became the foundation for ChanceLiving — a trusted marketplace connecting clients with professionals across architecture, engineering, design, construction, skilled trades, and real estate.

The vision is to build a trusted ecosystem where professionals can grow, showcase their expertise, and access more opportunities, while clients can easily discover the right people for their projects and property-related needs.
